The below letter, sent to HHS Secretary Tom Price and President Donald J. Trump was drafted by the Florida Family and Children Constitutional Coalition, FCLU and California Coalition Families and Children.

​The illusion that Federal spending for Child Support Enforcement is seen here. Federal Government spends nearly 6 billion dollars and States report back, 28 billion dollars collected, therefore, justified. This is false. 

1:Child Support calculations are excessive.

2:Money is lost due to unconstitutional imprisonment of men who can't afford to pay.

3: Children suffering from parental alienation commit crimes, commit suicide, and suffer mental disorders. (thereby taxing the system further)

4: Custodial parents have no accountability for child support spending.

5: Men (and some women) become impoverished severely and lose basic means of survival.

6: A percentage of women deliberately become impregnated for the money and zero justice is brought to them.

7: False accusations flood the family courts and further to disconnect otherwise moral men from society.

8: More than 50% of men paying child support do not have access to their children.
